Upon calling him, he offered me several options including how to take care of the issue myself -even explaining how to do it. I highly recommend John R. and Pacific NW Power Electric for generator installation. John walked me through every step he was going to take and every step I needed to take to save substantial money on installation and equipment costs. He even provided me with phone numbers to call for recommended natural gas contractors, the appropriate NW Natural gas department, and City inspectors to make it all happen. When wrinkles appeared in the timing he worked directly with the contractor and even helped with additional discounts and went well out of the way to accommodate timing constraints I had. Being a master electrician and private electrical inspector, he also checked my existing breaker panel installation for adherence to code, and was on hand when my usual electrician came out to correct a problem he identified. Five stars for installation quality and customer service!

John and his crew were amazing, we had our electrical service updated to 200 amps, they installed a new service and panel, we also chose to add a Generac genertor which has been such a blessing since we loose power regularly, We saved over $10,000. over other electricians in the area.
